Dear Duchesne Parents:

Welcome!  As the parent of a Duchesne student, you are part of a very special family!

The Duchesne Parent Association is dedicated to making your daughter’s high school years the BEST experience possible.  You are automatically a member of the Parent Association and we encourage you to participate and support the efforts of the group. 

The Parent Association sponsors events such as the Back to School Picnic, the Mother/Daughter Brunch, monthly Fun Lunch, Grandparents Night, the Father/Daughter Dance, and various graduation events.  We also recognize the teachers and staff with a luncheon in addition to offering snacks for the teachers during parent/teacher conferences.  Your participation in the Parent Association, along with your dues, will make these events successful in the coming year.

The Parent Association meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month in the Kleyla Room at Duchesne.  The meetings traditionally last an hour or less and are a very good source of information.  They are also a great way to learn how you can get involved.

Please refer to the list of committees and check the ones in which you would like to participate.  They are a wonderful way to meet other parents and to be a part of the action.  Please send the completed form as well as your check for $25 to the school Attn: Parent Association.  You will be contacted by the respective committee chair(s) shortly thereafter.  Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or wish additional information.  

We guarantee you will benefit from the experience as much as our daughters.
