COMMUNITY SERVICE

Acquiring effective, honest and diplomatic ways to deal with other people is important for a young woman who wants to become involved in the community. At Duchesne Academy, each student is required to become involved with a community service project away from the campus. Contemporary social issues are explored under the guidance of the Duchesne faculty to open up a world of knowledge to each student. The Duchesne Service program requires that each student complete 70 hours of service before graduation, but the majority of girls go far beyond the required number of hours.
