Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart invites parents of 7th-8th grade girls to join us on campus for coffee, an informational meeting, and a tour! Please choose one of the dates below.
 
The informational meeting will run from 8:30 AM until about 9:15 AM. There will also be a brief tour to follow until approximately 10:00 AM.
 
Parents will enter through the main entrance, Portry, through the circular drive at 36th and Burt Street.

Tour our historic campus with Admissions Director Lauren Mueller. 
 
Tours are held Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 4 pm. Our Admissions Office will contact you for availability. Fill out the information below to get started.
 
Please Note: Visit days must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. You will receive a message from our Admissions Director to confirm your visit.

Here's what you need to know for your daughter's Discover Duchesne day. Feel free to contact Lauren Mueller (lmueller@duchesneacademy.org) if you have any questions
 
Drop off and Pick up: Please plan to have your daughter arrive between 8:30 - 8:40 a.m. Please enter via the student parking lot (corner of 36th and California St.) Students should walk up the steps under the arch and enter via the Stuart Center Student Entrance.
 
Pick up times
Please pick up your daughter in the student parking lot. Students will exit via the steps under the arch.
Monday- 2:45 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday- 2:30 p.m.
 
What to wear: Most Future Duchesne Girls wear a skirt, dress, or leggings with a longer shirt or sweater. Clothing should be appropriate for a school environment. Students may also want to consider bringing a light fleece or jacket.
 
Lunch: We invite your daughter to be our guest to sample the culinary creations of the Duchesne chefs with a complementary hot lunch or trip through the salad bar! If your daughter would like to bring a lunch from home, refrigerator access will also be available.
 
What to bring: We will provide your daughter with a Visit Day bag and essentials for her visit!
 
We have a student-run snack bar on Ground Floor that students often like to visit during a break. $5-6 is typically the average cost, and is completely optional.
