Duchesne Students Participate in Sandy Hook Promise's Say Something Week.

OMAHA (Duchesne Academy) – A group of Duchesnse Academy of the Sacred Heart students are leading an effort at the school to show compassion toward students who may be at risk of harming themselves or others. The student-led effort at Duchesne is timed to coincide with Sandy Hook Promise’s Say Something Week.

Sandy Hook Promise calls Say Something Week a national call to action week where students are celebrated for their ability to speak up when they notice signs of potential violence.

Duchesne students are encouraged to post on Instagram what they have done or could do to help a classmate.
