Dates: Monday-Thursday starting June 2nd (two days after Memorial Day) and ending on July 29th. July 5th and 6th will be off to honor Independence Day. 32 total sessions.

Cost: $150 to cover shirts and compensation for staff. Registration and payment are due by Monday, May 24th. Payment is non-refundable after June 2nd.
 
Format: We will split all registrants into two equally sized groups. One group will lift for an hour on Monday/Wednesday while the other has an hour of conditioning. The other group will then lift for an hour on Tuesday and Thursday while the first group has an hour of conditioning. The lifting groups will be divided in two as well due to space limitations in the weight room. So a week would look as follows:

Health and Safety Protocols: Masks must be worn at all times while inside for lifting. All participants should bring their own water bottles which can be filled at our water station inside. Locker rooms will not be available. You should show up ready to participate in that day’s activity. Proper footwear and appropriate athletic wear are required. You will also go through orientation in the weight room regarding the cleaning of equipment after use.
