Dates: Monday-Thursday starting May 27th (two days after Memorial Day) and ending on July 30th. July 1st and 2nd will be off to honor Independence Day. 36 total sessions.

Cost: $150 to cover shirts and compensation for staff. Registration and payment are due by Friday, May 22nd. Payment is non-refundable after May 28th.
 
Format: 2-hour sessions starting at 9 AM. There will be 2-3 groups every day rotating between stations focused on Strength, Speed/Agility, Conditioning, or Injury-Prevention

Academic Credit: All students that attend and participate in at least 30 of the 36 sessions will receive a 0.25 PE credit that can be applied to their course schedule at Duchesne. Absences for activities related to Duchesne will count as a day in attendance. Mr. Van Winkle will decide whether an absence is acceptable.
