Our mission is to prepare students for worldwide engagement as advocates, patrons, and creators of the arts by training the hand, eye, and mind in traditional approaches and new technological innovations.  Duchesne Academy offers a multitude of classes in visual and performing arts with numerous opportunities for students to share their gifts and talents through exhibitions and performances.

Headlines

Fine Arts Banquet: March 27

The Fine Arts Banquet will take place on Friday, March 27 from 6–8 p.m., celebrating student achievements across all arts disciplines at Duchesne. The evening includes a Happy Hour with art displays and optional student performances, a sit‑down dinner, and an awards program honoring accomplishments in music, visual arts, STEAM, speech, theater, writing, and more. Auditions for student performers will be held March 4–5 after school. More details will be shared as the event approaches.

SIX: THE MUSICAL Teen Edition - TICKETS ON SALE

Don't miss our spring musical SIX: TEEN EDITION Feb. 26-28 in the Caffrey-Ryan Theater. Six: Teen Edition is a family-friendly, modified version of the hit pop musical Six, adapted for school and youth theatre performances, featuring the six wives of Henry VIII as modern pop stars telling their stories with adjusted lyrics and content to be suitable for younger audiences while retaining the original's empowering, concert-style fun.

The Arts SWAG Shop!

he Duchesne Fine and Performing Arts department is excited to unveil the first ever SWAG SHOP!  You can now show your support for the arts with a red t shirt, "The Arts @ Duchesne" or be more specific and choose a parent shirt.  Duchesne _________ parent black shirts are available for all varieties of arts.  Ordering is easy!

Use the link to order your t shirts and sweatshirts and in a few weeks they will ship direct to you!

The store is open for 2 weeks and then items will be printed and shipped.

The store won't open again until next fall.

Donate to the Fine Arts Booster Club

We are excited to invite you to participate as a donor of the newly formed Duchesne Fine Arts Booster Club, created to elevate and sustain the performing and visual arts across our campus. Booster donations support instruction, materials, performance resources, and recognition across choir, band, visual arts, and theater. These contributions ensure every Duchesne artist has the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to thrive.
