Girls Support Girls
Athletics and academics go hand-in-hand at Duchesne Academy. 75% of students participate in at least one sport, creating a culture of teamwork, Sacred Heart sisterhood, leadership, and strength both on and off the field. Duchesne Academy has 11 Class B sports in the Nebraska School Activities Association, and 6 unique club sports.

Cardinals Basketball is ranked first in Class B District 2 after their win against Mercy on the 19th.
Duchesne's current record is 2-5 as they head out to play Norris away on Tuesday.

The Cardinals took 3rd in the Millard North Bowling Tournament last week, putting them at 7-4 this season.
Sarah Schmaderer A'25 earned 5th place overall.

Duchesne Academy Athletics is excited to announce that DJ Layson will be returning as Head Volleyball Coach next season! DJ’s love for Duchesne and commitment to building this program are inspiring. Maygen Tangeman will also return as the varsity assistant coach.

Varsity kicked off the season with a win against Central, but fell to Gretna later in the week. JV celebrated wins against both teams.
This week the Cardinals will face Skutt and Omaha Christian Academy.

The Cardinals celebrated their first win of the season against Ralston. After this weekend's close loss against Grand Island Central, the Cardinals are hitting it hard for this week's game against Gross.
