Athletic Hall of Fame
The Duchesne Academy Athletic Hall of Fame will connect both athletic excellence and character formation, as reflected in our Sacred Heart Goals and Criteria. This Athletic Hall of Fame exists to honor excellence while preserving the legacy of Duchesne’s student-athletes and the mentors and supporters who shape them.
The 2026 Duchesne Athletic Hall of Fame event will be held November 7, 2026 at Duchesne Academy. Please submit this nomination form for consideration for the 2026 Athletic Hall of Fame by May 1, 2026.
