Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

Duchesne Summer Strength and Conditioning Program Information
Time: Strength and conditioning will begin on Monday, June 1st and end on Thursday, July 30th. Sessions will be held Monday through Thursday from 8:00-9:15 AM or 9:15-10:30 AM. Please indicate on your registration which time slot you prefer.

Cost: The cost is $300. Registration and payment are due by Monday, May 25th. Payment is non-refundable after May 25th. Please reach out to Amy Becker (abecker@duchesneacademy.org), Dean of Students, if you need financial assistance.
Format: Each session will begin with a dynamic warm-up followed by speed, agility, and plyometric training. Then athletes will complete a strength training workout in the weight room.
Health and Safety Protocols: All participants should bring their own water bottles which can be filled at the water station inside. Locker rooms will not be available. You should show up ready to participate in that day’s activity. Proper footwear and appropriate athletic wear are required.
