Summer Strength and Conditioning Program


Duchesne Summer Strength and Conditioning Program Information


Time:   Conditioning will run for one hour each day from either 9:00am-10:00am or 10:00am-11:00am. Please indicate on your registration which time slot you prefer. We will only run two sessions a day if there are enough students registered. *ONLY THE 10:00AM - 11:00AM TIME SLOT IS AVAILABLE!

Cost:   $100.00 to cover shirts and compensation for staff. Registration and payment are due by Friday, May 19, 2023. Payment is non-refundable after Friday, May 26th

Format: Each day you will begin with a warmup followed by some speed and agility training.  We will then head into the weight room for about 30 minutes of strength training and finish off with a short cool down to finish off your hour.

Health and Safety Protocols: All participants should bring their own water bottles which can be filled at our water station inside.  Locker rooms will not be available.  You should show up ready to participate in that day’s activity.  Proper footwear and appropriate athletic wear are required.  You will also go through orientation in the weight room regarding the cleaning of equipment after use.
