Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
Duchesne Summer Strength and Conditioning Program Information
Time: Strength and conditioning will begin on Monday, June 3rd and end on Thursday, August 1st. Sessions will be held Monday through Thursday from 9:00-10:00AM or 10:00-11:00AM. Please indicate on your registration which time slot you prefer. *There will NOT be training sessions on Thursday, July 4th.
Coach: Marissa Ringblom, Duchesne Athletic Director, will run summer strength and conditioning sessions. Mrs. Ringblom is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Cost: The cost is $100, and a shirt is included. Registration and payment are due by Friday, May 31st. Payment is non-refundable after Friday, May 31st.
Format: Each session will begin with a dynamic warm-up. Athletes will complete a weight room workout along with a speed, agility, plyometric or conditioning drill each day.
Health and Safety Protocols: All participants should bring their own water bottles which can be filled at the water station inside. Locker rooms will not be available. You should show up ready to participate in that day’s activity. Proper footwear and appropriate athletic wear are required.
