Cross Country
Duchesne Cross Country is where you go to find your love of running. Do the best you can each day and that is always enough! Duchesne Cross Country is about loving yourself and everyone you encounter a little bigger everyday. We celebrate each person for where they are in their running journey and everything that they bring to this team as a runner and as a child of the Sacred Heart.
Our Team Approach – “We are Working on Finding Our Love of Running” – even if you are not there yet, looking at something as a work in progress and a possibility makes it much more likely that you will have a positive and successful outcome. It makes the process more enjoyable and helps to improve the attitude of yourself and everyone around you.

Not our team approach – “I Hate Running” – saying that you hate something is going to make you dread the entire process and most likely squash any possibility of loving it in the end.

Cece Kramper A'27 placed first at State Cross Country taking home the gold in the Class B Championship! She earned the 2nd fastest time ever at State running a 5K in 17:55.65.
